To me, this short quote means a lot. It means that if you get a good start to anything in life, the rest will be easy. For example, if your future is to be successful and wealthy, a good start would be to finish college and start working. Even though it's just the beginning, in reality you are "half done". The hard part was finishing college and landing a job, but from there on, all you have to do is keep working hard and you'll be successful.
This is a great quote and a great explanation/understanding of the quote. I really think it is important to make smart choices in the beginning and keep working hard.
